Returns, exchange & refund policy

Effective from 3 October 2026.

Time limit

Within 3 days from the day the goods are delivered to you.

Conditions

  • The goods are still intact.
  • You have photos or a video showing that the goods returned are the ones we delivered (not replaced by another product).

Refunds

  • We refund when the fault is ours: wrong goods delivered, damaged or defective goods, expired goods, or no stock left to exchange. A change of mind is handled as an exchange, not a refund.
  • Refunds are made by bank transfer to your account within 3 working days after we receive the returned goods (or in cash if you come to the shop).

Shipping cost

The customer pays the shipping cost of a return or exchange. If the fault is ours, we pay it.

Message us on Zalo or call us with your order details and the photos/video. We will reply with the next steps.
